I Love Ice Cream

Need A 12 Step Program

For years I've joked about needing to find a 12-Step Program for "Blue Bell Ice Cream." It is an addiction. To make things worse, every time I think I've got it under control, Blue Bell comes out with a new flavor! Now that's just not right.

They have four flavors for the Holidays: Peppermint (my favorite), Christmas Cookie, Banana Nut Bread, and Spiced Pumpkin Pecan.

I tried all four. Then I tried them all again just to confirm the first opinion. Of course something of this importance can't be left to chance, so I tried them all a third time.

It wouldn't be so bad if I could figure a way to make a 1/2 gallon last more than 2 or 3 days.

    Understand completely! Chocolate Covered Cherries, Pecan Praline, and real Vanilla are a weakness for me.

      Pecan Praline was the one that got me started. And the Vanilla Bean is unbeatable. Somehow I've missed the Chocolate Covered Cherries. Must be a seasonal thing and I happen to be on the wagon when it's out.

    My favorite is blue bell banana pudding. Talk about good.

      Good old fashioned Vanilla Bean (brown rim) is still hard to top. In fact it won a National Ice Cream taste test over all the more expensive brands.

    yes I like ice cream to and I can eat it any time of the year
