Remember, Only You Can Prevent .....

It's a little known fact, but.....

In the late 1700's right outside Goldon Colorado was a little village up in the mountains. Outside of this little village a group of Friars had built a monastary. Well, at first, the townspeople were delighted to have the monastary there because of the buildings, schools, and hospital. The towns people enthusisam quickly paled when the Frias started holding the towns people up, and forcing them to purchase flowers at gun point.

After about a month of this, the townspeople held a meeting to discuss ways of solving this problem

One of the towns people stood up and said that he had an uncle in Philladelphia who was a lawyer, and maybe he could contact him for help. Well, the townspeople passed the motion to contact this lawyer and a couple of weeks later he is there in town. They explain the situation to the lawyer and he says he'll take care of it. Up the mountain he goes, and he is up there for a couple of days. When he comes back down, all of the Friars are gone, completley, leaving behind all these beautiful and usefull building.

The people of the town are SO grateful to the lawyer for his efforts that they redesign the entrance to the town, so now there is a circle as you come into town. In the center of the circle is a larger than life statue of the lawyer, and on that statue is a plaque.

And, on the plaque says.......(wait for it)..............
