Kale Chip Recipe

Kale Chips Recipe:
1 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil/ grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon of marjoram
1 teaspoon of parsley
1 teaspoon of tarragon
1 teaspoon of chervil

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees F (87.5 degrees C); the oven is dehydration mode at this temperature or use a dehydrator machine for 6 to 8 hours.
2. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3. Remove leaves from the thick stems using a knife or garden shears and tear into bite size pieces.
4. Wash using white vinegar and filtered water. If filtered water is not available, please boil water and let cool down to rinse vegetables.

5. Thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
6. While kale is in the salad spinner, add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and lime juice.
7. Dry thoroughly using salad spinner.
8, Drizzle kale with olive oil/ grapeseed oil and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chopped chives, marjoram, parsley, tarragon, and chervil.
9. Dehydrate until the edges brown, 4 to 8 hours depending on the oven or dehydrator machine.

Sounds yummy! I should try soon. I love Kale too. I generally sautee with Olive oil, pine nuts, onion, and cranberries then add Balsamic vinaigrette. Ive heard Kale chips are good though...

I'm going to try your recipe...it really sounds yummy.
