Knives Have Always Been There For Me

I don't feel good today because of pain due to neurological damage and I have pneumonia...

However, I did get a new knife in mail today! It's a Traditional Japanese Hunter by Japanese knife maker Takeshi Saji. It has a 6" blade made with 11 layer Suminagashi. The 4-1/4" handle is carved from a very dense and very hard wood and then wrapped with croc leather. OMGoddess!

The first thing I did was take a plastic water bottle out to the back porch and strike the bottle at a midpoint as fast as I could. The blade flew through the bottle so easy that I thought I had missed it until I saw the top half flying. The bottom half had not moved and was still full of water.

No one, not even my wife can under stand how much I love knives. Knives have always been there for me. I hurt so much, but just holding this knife makes me feel strong. This is a great knife. ...DD

flourlady111, sometimes I love it...DD

i am sorry you are in pain today. i hate pain dont you!

I went to a really good psychiatrist for about 5 years. He then gave me an actual piece of parchment declaring me sane. Not "normal" but sane. LOL.

The point is I have survived were many would not have been able to live. The acute and constant pain has made it very difficult to cope.

If I was collecting NFL stuff would you ask your question?
I would not harm any one with one of my knives. If only because I know the police would take my knives away if I did. Lol.

You have a nice day and maybe pray that you don't have to cope with a disease that hurts like hell and is slowly killing you...DD

Do you have a psychiatrist?
