I Do, I Do.

Unfortunately I've never had the chance to see what "everyday life" is like there.

But, I have seen the tourist point of view.
I got married there.  Everyone in both families love to gamble, so it was the perfect spot.   We were told that the ceremony was one of the best the wedding party (those involved) had witnessed.

The tempurature.
I love it.  It can get very warm there yet not feel as warm as it could.  Especially with the dry heat.

I love all the lights, the energy.

Funny thing, I'm not much of a gambler.

i am jealous. i dont wanna get married but if i do, its gonna be in a drive thru at las vegas with a free burger voucher. then we'll spend all the wedding money on the honeymoon and become bankrupt. ive already managed to romance someone into the idea. fingers crossed.

It's true that dry heat isn't nearly as miserable as humidity. I have only run into humidity once or twice, and I am glad that I don't have to deal with it all summer!
