I know spring is officially here when the lilacs are in bloom.

I just picked a small bouquet of them today.  

They make the house smell amazing.

    The lilac tree behind my house fills the whole yard with its fragrance this time of year. I love it.

    I love them too; they are SO fragrant. A friend where I used to work would bring me a small bouquet for my desk; other employees could smell them from FAR away.

    I know they bottle that scent, but nothing beats the real thing. :-)
