Question About Bjj

I've been learning BJJ for quite some time now, nearly a year, and I still cannot get my forward break falls right. After every session with forward break fall drills, my triceps get strained to the point I cant pull my arm back all the way. Any tips on how to improve on this? Would strength conditioning help?

That's odd, I think forward break falls are the easiest. Good luck!

try doing some planking. it is good for the core and would strngthen the triceps. also strecth them out before class. have you mentioned it to your instructor you maybe be doind something slightly wrong. that the best i can do without seeing you do the fall.
