Heart Meditaion

Recently I have started to meditate while sleeping on my bed. I just lie down on my back breathe easy for a while relax my body and concentrate on my heart. I trust Ramana maharishi has a point when he says the bhraman can be found on the cavity of the heart and it should also make u think when we are emotionally hurt why is it always our hearts that hurts first? Atleast thats the first place that starts hurting  to me tho. Well im continuing with this at the moment

Meditation can be practice in many ways and will still have the same effect.
