Meditation Is A Way Of Life

I was told of the benefits of meditation many years back but never got started.The day came when i decided to start and i have not regretted it.I started without any expectations.I use the breathing method and when i have any questions i consult my online master.So far i experience calmness,relaxation,less body pain and mindfulness.I am starting on chakras meditation.

Good for you, unshakable. Meditation is great. I practice Transcendental Meditation which clears the mind of stress, helping you think more clearly and quickly as well as increasing your motivation no end.
