It Takes Me Back....

.......to my freshman year of HS.  I started dating this guy that was really big into Metallica.  It was no surprise that I quickly became a fan.  I went to one of their concerts the next year and it was one of the best concerts I have ever been to.

I have to admit that I don't listen to them a lot anymore, but I do have some of their music on my IPOD and when I hear a song (especially from the black album) it takes me right back to freshman year like it was yesterday.  Come to think of it that might be why I don't listen to them much anymore, because it also reminds me of that ex.

    They were my favorite band for the longest time! I still listen to them as well, but not nearly as much. Still, they put on one of the best concerts I've ever been to :-)
