I'll Take The Enchilada Platter

I choose the shredded beef enchilada platter, every time.  OMG, so good. Corn tortillas filled with the spicy beef, sour cream,  green chilies,  onions,covered with Monterrey jack cheese baked to a melted perfection.  Oh,  black beans and rice, Salsa and chips. One Margarita please

    Yeah me too. After I wrote this I needed to get some.I crave spicy food every week ..cold weather is perfect for it..thanks :>)
