Opiate Laced Wonder Milk

While speaking to a friend about my addiction to cold glasses of milk she let me in on a little secret, which makes perfect sense for me.

Cow's milk contains natural opiates to calm baby calves, just as oxytocin is released into a human mother's milk to calm mother and baby.

This chemical is even more concentrated in cheese and even more so when the cheese is melted.

Who wants nachos?

i'll take breast milk over anything any day

I think milk is good for you, but i read somewhere that as adults, too much milk is not good for you either. I don't know. . there are a lot of pros and cons on the subject... ie problems for people who are lactose intolerant, etc. , some say it leads to excess mucus production. I'm a firm believer in all things in moderation.
