Now I See What All the Hype's About

Just saw the movie last night and I LOVED IT!.  I've been rooting for Benjamin Button throughout the awards, but now I see why Slumdog's been beating it for best film.  I do think Benjamin Button was much more visually stunning and cinematically innovative, but the emotionally-charged, fast-paced, edge-of-your-seat, storytelling of Slumdog definitely gives it an edge.  I still think TCCOBB is a SPECTACULAR MOVIE with amazing performances by Pitt and Henson, but I'm afraid Slumdog will steal the show again at the Oscars.
