usic is a universal language that anyone can enjoy and understand which can cross cultural and language barriers. You don't have to understand Latin to enjoy a Pucinni opera, or be Native American to find the beauty in a sacred Mother Earth homage, or Irish to dance and celebrate to a traditional Celtic chanty. It is a language which is understood and felt by the heart and soul to express and experience feelings and thoughts where meer words don't work. A universal language for everyone.

  | Posted Mar 1st, 2008 at 2:30PM Even though I mostly listen to heavy metal, I still love listening to Ambient and New Wave music such as Karl Jenkins and Mediaeval Baebes. I agree music is an international language that anyone can relate too. Even if you are [let's say] African American you can still listen to country since you relate to it.   |
