I absolutely love this song. I had to share it with everyone. I think it says exactly how I feel about people from my past. I have a tendancy to care a little to much and not know when I am the only one trying. It is hard sometimes to say this hurts and move on and know no matter what you gained something from the experience. Either way great song and I just wanted to share.

    I love this song too, for pretty much the same reasons as you have stated in your story. songs like this bring home a lot of emotions to me sometimes, I still don't listen to it much cause it can be a little painful dragging up the past. I don't know why I have to attribute songs I like to bad memories...then I barely listen to them lol

      I can totally understand that. Music is a very powerful trigger. I can hear a song and it can change my mood quickly. I usually have a couple of songs a day that I just have to listen to. This was one of them. I just had to listen to it. Sometimes I like to dewell on things and overthink them and the day I posted this I was doing that. Thanks for commenting.

      Twins. Lol. Maybe. No matter what my mood music is my go to. It is bascially the love of my life. It can make me happy or sad in the drop of a hat.

      Yup, that is me completely. I will be in a crappy mood and put on certain music and I will be fine. Or I will put on something different and totally dwell on it for ages. lol

      It is amazing. I feel so open but the most misunderstood person most of the time so I get it.

    Truly awesome lyrics!............Papa Roach lead singer Jacoby Shaddix wrote the song, and once said that the song was "about trying to help someone who really doesn't want you to help them."
