I Do

And I have a very eclectic taste in music.  I tend to listen to all genres and appreciate all eras of music as was brought up in a house which was home to four generations at the one time at one stage.

I was sent to piano lessons as a child.  And whist I did not practice as I should have (as the piano had never been my instruement of choice), i still would sit down beside it when stressed and drum out random snippets of pieces i had learned.

Music enables me to switch off a great deal.  Separate from what i have been doing that has stressed me and take a little break, i also use it to study, as it seems to stop part of my mind wandering if it is focused on music instead
