I've always been taught to treat my body with love and respect. My mom taught me to keep myself fit and healthy, so I exercise regularly. I am a slender girl, but I've got healthy proportions, and curves in all the right places. I eat what my body feels it needs. The serving sizes I eat depend on how hungry I am that day. I really dislike the stereotype that all slender girls constantly diet, that slender girls aren't real women. You can be slender and healthy and have curves too! That's me, and I love myself.
