I Love My Daughter
She was amazing the very first second she arrived. Her bright blue eyes seemed to glow at me. I will never forget the first look we got of one another. I tear up at the thought of that moment. To me it was the best experience.
She is 17 going on forty something. Always wiser than her age. Always straight down the line for her, no grey areas in her life. She knows what she thinks and she doesn't deviate.
Driven like a machine to be the best at everything she does, she never stops. She is smart but she isn't super intelligent. It doesn't come easy for her. She works hard and most always comes out first or on top. She doesn't accept anything less for herself.
She helps me in so many ways. She is truly a gift and Im blessed and so lucky to be given the honor to be her mom. Some people say oh, it's because she has great parents. I don't think so. I think she was born this way and we got lucky. She is awesome and I can't wait to see what she does next!
