Once i've been in the dark
Sorrow and sadness began to mark
I thought i was hopeless in life
But then somebody change my life

Before, i thought about negativity
That really affects my activity
Then this guy, a big-hearted one
Change my life before death come

He made me realize that there's a chance
That life has happiness to offer, just this once
This friend of mine gave me a gift
That cannot be stolen by a thief

He made me happy, for once i discover
That all the sadness that life offer
Been gone by his words of hope
He gave me another life of rope

Now this guy is very sad
I know what it feels to be like that
I want you, my friend, to leave sadness
Don't choose death, it will not make you happy

Now don't put that knife to kill yourself
Start all over and find yourself
Someday the sadness your feeling
Will be broke by the happiness that is waiting

Don't you worry my friend
I'll be here just for you
Be a true friend that always will be there for you
Cause you know i believe in you

Stop arguing i dont take no for an answer
I know i sound like a dictating mother
But even if i hate it and sometimes it annoys me
I'll do it just for you, cuz' you are my friend
