Im Dying

My husband tried to kill himself about a month ago. 4 days ago i found out he was having a relationship with another women. Much older woman. we have 3 kids together and have been with one another for 11 years.
lately he has been very aggressive and uninvolved with his children.
he used to be the most loveing and caring man i have ever met.
im at loss. i dont know what to do anymore. im scared there is nothing i can do. i have no one to talk to, without judgement or critisism. i love him so much, but im falling apart watching him ruin the best thing we have ever had.
