When He Listens to Me Lol

He is my 6ft 4ins, blonde and Green-eyed man. Everyone tells me I spoil him. Yes, I do. With lots of love and care.

He is the baby we were not blessed with. He is my joy and my sorrow. He is also my pain and my happiness. He is my everything. My world revolves around him.

He is my teacher and my student.

He taught me English. I taught him humility. He taught me to appreciate classical music. I taught him disco dancing. He loves wines. I love food. He is my Ying and I am his Yang.

My friends and family repeatedly said that I spoil the market by showing him too much love and care. I disagree then. But now, I may have to agree.

I may have overdone it (a bit)

I pack his bags for every business trip. I check his purse to see that he has the right foreign currencies. I place his clothes on the bed every morning for him to wear to work. I make sure that everything goes well for him even though we have staff to do it.

One day, I was delayed in the shower and he had to leave for the airport. He said goodbye and I reminded him not to forget his passport, his money and before I could say anything further, he grumbled and muttered not to treat him like a child.

In the shower room. I apologised. He blew me a kiss and headed out to the airport.

I finished showering. I towelled dry my hair and I started to break into a laughter.

I stared at the bed. I shook my head and I sighed.

The telephone rang and I answered.

My Duke said *Hello Duchess. Are you all nice and clean?* he asked me. I didnt say anything because I was trying to stifle a laugh.

He then sheepishly said *You know this morning, I told you not to treat me like a child*? ..Again I didnt say a word

*Well, I realy didnt mean it, Duchess. I dont know what came over me* he apologised.

Then he said *I think I had forgotten something this morning to take with me to the airport*.

I said *Ah huh*

He then asked me if I had the time to go to the airport to send his SUITCASE which he had forgotten to take with him

I replied *My dearest Duke, I dont wish to treat you like a child ..so I will place your suitcase at the front door before I leave for my appointment for you to retrieve it later*.

He missed his flight and I,

I LOVE MY HUSBAND very much because he is sooooooooooooooooooo FUNNY

Reading you loud and clear, dear Duchess. In fact I am releasing the mean goddess in me now! LOL

I also love the idea of teaching him all the wrong things in life. I taught one of my past slaves how to... er, I probably shouldn't say it here. Heehee.

[Comment deleted by AP; I can't believe I posted the name of the street. Sorry for the slip-up! Please reassure hubby that I'm quite terrified of losing my anonymity.]

Awwwwwwwwww...

Lovely, lovely story. You've spoiled yours worse than I have spoiled mine! My kids would get a shock from that! LOL I have to agree with Andrew. Your English is so well written, that it is easy to assume it is your first language.

Sweet! Love is about complimenting each other's personalities, right Duchess?

Only in my dreams, could I pick out Mr.Lilt's clothes :O
The rest sounds way familiar. I have to help him find his wallet, his keys, his Palm, and his phone almost everyday. Here is a successful man who runs his own business, yet never knows where any of his stuff is!!

You really taught him to disco???

Nah, you won't be a dead Duchess (choi! choi! choi!), you'll be a Duchess In The Doghouse for a little while, and then he'll go and join you in the doghouse because he loves you too much and doesn't like to spend time away from you.
What a beautiful story. And it looks like you deserve your happiness!

You write so well in English that it was all too easy for me to assume that it was your first language.
Have a wonderful day, Your Grace --
