My Mac!

Microsoft Windows is a terrible operating system in my opinion. Whenever I have had one, it has constantly malfunctioned and did not last more than two years.

My Mac is a custom built 24” iMac that I bought online in 2009. It has a terabyte hard drive, 8GB of RAM, and a 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Currently using the OS X Lion operating system. It works so much better than any Windows computer I have ever used.

However, I must say, I find the prices for Apple products to be excessive…

    I agree, same with my mac....but I gladly pay the extra money to be without windows drama, bugs, hassles, instability, etc..endless problems!

    As they say "you get what you pay for". Macs cost more but they also work much better. Apple doesn't make cheap bottom end hardware. Personally I find Microsoft to be very excessively priced. The closest equivalent systems Win 7 Ult is like $320 vs Mac OS X Lion for $29.

    Look at the overall cost factor. How much were you spending in say a 5 year period on Windows machines for repairs and replacing the machine. For me, it ended up costing me much less to go Mac than to stay with Windows. Now, your custom machine will be more expensive too, yet, how much time has it been in for repairs?

      Not once. In the three years I have had my Mac it hasn't once needed a reapir nor any virus software.

    I reskinned win XP to make it look like Win 7,it works and is better than spending £200 on win 7!



    Are you rich? apple are quite expensive things aren't they?:)

      No, I am not rich, but I did spend a huge amount of money on my Mac…perhaps too much…
