My Moto Krzr K1m Verizon Is Da Bomb

I love this phone. I previously had the Gzone Boulder in orange. I want all my phones to be perfect, being a businessman you kind of want that= and plus I love phones. Like i said i want my phone to be perfect. so i went to work and this was dropped off. So i love this phone. I had previously had one i broke it the front does crack like an iphone. 40 drops does get your phone to look like that,

IDK if any one could help me with this, but I have one question, the battery cover backing will not snap onto my krzr properly. I snap it on and it falls off as soon as I flip the phone open. This started for no apparent reason, just started. I've never dropped it and the phone is in perfect shape. So let me know, it never used to be like that, hust suddenly did this
