I Love My Plants!!

Every morning, the first thing I do after washing up is to water my lovely plants. While I was away in Nepal and nobody could be at home to water them, I prayed they would survive the ordeal and be there to smile for me when I'm back. When I was back, quite some were dead. But a few survived. Two pots have sprouted new shoots now. These few days, my plants have begun to bloom beautifully. In a few more days, the roses, chrysanthemums and sunflowers are all going to bloom. They looked so happy and I can feel them smiling to me. I guess it's because they feel loved. I talk to them whenever I can and water them daily. I gave them fresh compost and fertiliser every 2-3 weeks. And they have shown their gratitude by blooming for me. (:

Roses! Wow... they need alot of care. Nowadays, most of my plants have died off. My current lifestyle where i shuttle between 3 homes and travel frequently doesn't allow me to grow anything. Nobody's willing to water my plants for me when I'm not around. It's just saddening to see them all die off.. The only thing I could keep now are cactus.. my pet Dexter. He's the only one growing strong now.

There is so much joy to be had when flowers bloom. I cannot understand how someone can see a flower blooming before their eyes and not feel anything about it
