oday I realized that the life I'm living is really real. I mean, you know how you go through life everyday and it seems like you're just dreaming? It's been like that everyday since my husband first joined the Army. All the lonely days and nights without him are taking a heavy toll on me. I'm think it's the beginning of a depression. I can't have one thought of him without crying and feeling like my heart has been ripped from my chest. I think it's the fact that it is taking so long for my command sponsorship to go through, that I won't be able to see my husband before he is deployed in January, and its already been 4 1/2 months without him. But, through this all, i am proud to say that I love my soldier.

 | Posted Sep 21st, 2008 at 9:01PM it's only been a month and a half since i've seen mine, and i go see him this weekend. it's hard or me to imagine four and a half months. i'm so sorry your heart is hurting so badly. i wish there was an answer i could give you, but there's not. it's always going to hurt. i hope you find good ways to deal with it and pass the time. sometimes i'm ok, and able to do this. if you need to talk, i'm here. |
