I Love My Son

Yesterday when I went to pick my oldest up at school...he is in Grade 2...I was waiting outside of his classroom as usual. Well, they were at gym, so weren't in the room. Pretty soon, they came loping down the hall..all 3 grade 2 classes. My son saw me and immediately ran into my arms, gave me a big hug and kiss and told me he loved me. That was sweet enough, but he did it in front of all of his friends and his teacher. It was an AWWWW I really love this kid to the ends of the earth moment!

    That is the best when you pick up your child and their eyes light up and say Mom! It always. ALWAYS makes my heart melt and makes me smile, no matter what mood I am in.

    So sweet! I love that too. Most of the time though, mine are already in bed all night because of some bad dream or another. The oldest is 3/4 my height! He lays at the bottom and kicks me in the neck all night!LOL But I always get the morning snuggle...just more instantly!

    Oh, I know, I keep waiting for him to tell me to pick him up outside....down the block...around the corner!LOL
