I think you should discuss this with your parents because it seems like you have the idea that the human body is shameful. There is nothing wrong or necessarily sexual about being nude on the beach. The human body comes basically in two packages, everyone knows what they look like. Both male and female are beautiful. Maybe once you have come to terms with the idea that being nude is not shameful you could try going to a nude beach yourself, who knows you may have fun and realize that there was nothing wrong with what your mother did. Just my opinion.

Maybe she has had a fight with your dad at the moment that made her do crazy things to against him. or even just wanted him to pay more attention to her after years of boring marriage. But then who knows how they have sorted things and your decent mom has returned. But sorry, no matter what your mom did was her choice there nothing got to shame about and you have no right to do it but just show your love and respect to her. Then she'll still always be your lovely mom.

If you're still having issues with this, you need to talk to your dad about getting counseling. If he isn't sympathetic, you should see if such counseling is available through the government where you live. Talk to your school counselor, if you have one, you don't need to talk about the details of your problem, just that you need counseling.

Sorry, but I have to say that you are a total moron. How is going to a nude beach a " low, shame and humiliating act"? There is nothing at all wrong with spending a day at a nude beach with friends. Contrary to what you (and a lot of people) believe, there is nothing at all sexual about it. And there really weren't " hundreds of strangers looking at her body holes". If you have never been to a nude beach, then you really don't know what the **** you are talking about when you claim such things.
