I love to take daily naps! By about 2:00 in the afternoon I'm starting to feel drowsy, and grumpy, so if I can I try to take a little nap. Even if it's only for about 30-45 minutes, I wake up and I feel refreshed. My head is clearer, my mood feels better, and it helps me get through the rest of the day. When I don't get to take a nap, It just makes it harder for me to get through the rest of the day and by 8:00, I'm ready to go to bed. The nap also helps make me a more effective mom, so I can spend quality time with my son without being drained and bitchy.
