A Nap Can Help Us Get Rid Of Stress..

Just now i had a super stressful day, i had so much to do, i was in a conflict with friends and then my mother was on my nerve! so much things happened today that when i entered my room all i did was stare at my ceiling and took a nap. After i woke up all the stress that i felt just went away,so i was really happy. thank goodness i took a nap :D
