I Love New Moons

Tonight is the "Dark of the Moon" and tommorrow night the "New Moon." The Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus are all aligned in Libra. Libra is an air-sign favoring intellect, balance, fairness and love-bonds. Descisions may be left "up in the air" and it may be difficult to get centered or grounded (in other words a little air-headed..)

    I've charged stones and other talismans . But never thought about my cards or runestones. Those I usually just cleanse in the moon light. hmmm... now I have to make a note to myself. Thanks.

    I used to put out bowls frequently...B.C. (before children) I have charged rainwater going back to 2001. Most of them are from Equinoxes and Solstices, but few are charged with four (astrologically speaking) planets aligned.



    I also make a practice of charging gemstones, tarot cards and other talismans when there are sympathetic alignments although I was remiss in getting such items charged with all the fine air-element present this most recent New Moon....ah well, we do what we can do....

    I have several charged waters. but lately I've been a little slow, didn't even think to put out a bowl.

    Magical time indeed, I was fortunate enough to remember to place a bowl out last night to collect some of the rainfall. The Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus were all aligned in Libra....
