Purple People Eater was Sheb Woolley
Those Were The Days was Mary Hopkin
    Change Partners was Kay Starr
One Fine Day was (I think) The Chiffons

I still play vynyl and have a belt driven turn table, speakers a little higher than my waist and about six hundred albums. My system still blows every other contraption out of the water. Blue Oyster cult, Jethro Tull,Montrose,Thin Lizzy and of course Cheap Trick,
