My Old-Fashion Barber Shoppe

I grew up in a small community and got my haircuts in an old-fashion barber shop. The smells and sounds were quite unique. I really missed that whole experience. My career later shifted and I went into hair. I decided to get my licensure in cosmetology since there were no barber schools nearby and cosmetology seemed to have a more reliable future. Eventually, I opened my own hair salon in my home. My love of the old-fashion barber shop never left and over time, I added an old fashion barber shop as part of my hair salon, complete with a 1920’s Koken chair, pin-striped cutting capes, and lots of vintage instruments that still work great even today!
