I work in retail selling computers. I'm not supposed to but if someone shows EXTREME concern about the cost of MS Office and they know a little bit about computers, I'll recommend Open Office to them. Never had a complaint!

    You do know that Oracle gave Open Office to the Apache project, which is largely controlled by IBM (which has a competing product: Lotus Symphony)? That's why I switched to the Document Foundation's fork: Libre Office.
