My Pasta Mama

My best friend for many years now is Italian and her mother was born in Italy.I practically grew up in there household and mama Natalina taught me some really awsome pasta dishes.I've over the years come to the conclusion that if you want a great meal full of flavor that is quick and easy...pasta is the way to go.Sauces is my specialty when it comes to pasta, Alfredo is my favorite.I have yet to master the art of making fresh pasta as it's not the easiest of things to do but weather it's dried, fresh, plain or filled(like ravioli) it's yum yum yum.
