My Love For Photography

Ever since I was a kid I have always enjoyed taking pictures.  I got my first pocket camera when I was 8 years old and started taking pictures of almost anything.  Over the years I have read many books and attended courses on photograpy and composition and my photography keeps improving constantly.  I now shoot a Nikon D700 and I am always impressed at how just about anything you come accross can make an interesting photo.

And everyone had a different eye, and appreciate different points of a photograph. Each of your photographs will move each person differently. I LOVE it! I agree, it's not the camera that makes the photographer. BUt man oh man, ever since I switched to DSLR, I have a hard time taking photos with my point and shoot. Love my D200!<br />
Happy shooting!

Your right. I hate to see people jump right into the deep end with things without taking time to see what they are getting into.

I can assure you that just like anything in life-the more you practice the better you become at it. I have also learned that expensive camera equipment doesn't necessarily make a better photographer.

I agree that you can find just about anything to shoot just to mess around with. I drive to different areas where I live and just go and take pics of things for practice and learn my camera. I shoot a Nikon D3000. Its no D700 but I like it.
