Been a While

 I haven't eaten any in a long time.  No special reason, just not around where they are, I guess.  Loved them.  So many varieties in other countries.

I can believe that. I think that area, through Russia and into China then by the silk road to Italy, food travels well and recipes change with the local. I like switching ingredients and trying for new flavor mixes.

They are great. It has been years, but a former sister-in-laws mother made some of the best I ever ate. They were originally from somewhere in Slovakia.

There is a Japanese and Chinese version, the Russian and I think there's another one. The larger version is Italian, calzone.

ME TOO... I am in Germany right now and they just dont really have them. They have some other stuffed pastas instead and I miss them.
