I do Pilates 4 times a week and people who do it will feel the difference! I also do yoga 3 times a week which has similar moves and they both sure makes me feel refreshed and ready to take on the world!
I Love Pilates as well. I haven't done them in a while, but I like the fact that you can start to see results after the first 10 workouts! Seeing is believing!
I couldn't agree more. Even though I haven't done them in a while, I can still see the improvement in the way my arms were beginning to take shape! I am a firm believer that "Fat Burning Pilates" definitely has long lasting staying power!
