Something I've Noticed In Ep Postings About Wearing Plastic Pants...

Several different people have written that they used to see - and sometimes swipe - plastic pants that they saw hanging on clothes lines. I'm old enough that clotheslines were used quite a bit when I was a kid, but I don't remember ever seeing plastic pants on a clothesline. I suspect that's because we lived in the country with plenty of space between houses and I just didn't see clotheslines at all.

Toddler size , I would break the side seams down to elastic then I was able to put them on , but some sometimes if you were unlucky ,the leg elastic would break and flick the thighs , and did that hurt , especially if your into the plastic uhmmmm

I lived in a town and I often saw plastic pants on clothes lines. They were nearly always baby pants, of course, so there wouldn't have been much point in stealing them even if I wanted to, as I'd never have fitted into them. I assume some people stole them simply to collect rather than to wear, unless they were very small people.
