Have you ever come across a situation where, maybe a little old lady seems to be in distress in which you immediately rush to help? Nothing wrong there you say. Ok, what about when you seem to be doing a lot of favours for your friends with no return....EVER........
........ Well congratulations, you have become another victim of........ THE REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY CLUB.
Yes, thats right my friends, think back to how you suddenly became servant to your master? Well, as like the little old lady, your friends have done nothing physical or abusive, neither have they offered you money to do this unvoluntary chore. In fact, all they have done is big you up, praise you, make you feel special etc etc, do you see where this is going..............
With just a small positive comment about how great you are compared to them,be it strength,looks,personality, you now feel forever in their debt, and just doing that extra bit of work makes you feel better that you, have helped someone who is far less important than your superior self.
But whos the one that `REALLY` feels good? You carrying the little old lady`s bag for what seems an eternity,or her thats walking alongside you saying how great you are!!!!!! If shes really good,you`ll be cleaning her windows too, and will obviously turn down that pound/dollar she offers you at the end, thinking she doesnt understand the value of money when she tells you to treat your partner to a movie for your good deed. Once again. a little bit of mind bending enables her to put her money back in her purse and you to walk off totally done in.......................FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!
