"Human kindess is what is left when when everything else is lost and is the only thing we can give and receive". How absolutely splendid and so very true. Those that give and receive with a pure heart are those that come out ahead of the game and richer than a king with all of his gold. Thank you for sharing. :)

It is too deep for me to understand. Can you explain?

Carlos dear, I have always maintained that kindness is the single quality that I cherish the most in a human being over and above any other qualities and when we are dead and gone the only thing probably people will remember about us is whether we were kind to them? So why is it a terrible thing? Shouldn't it be a wonderful thing?

Carlos, that was a splendid explanation. Is it true that depriving their child of food they fed the neighbors' children? If so, kindness is indeed a terrible thing. And yes kindness to afflicted people can be a resource and motivate them to live. How different these situations are. I understand now. Thank you for your patience.
