Quotes From Ursula K. Le Guin 001

"It is a terrible thing, this kindess that human beings do not lose. Terrible, because when we are finally naked in the dark and cold, it is all we have. We who are so rich, so full of strength, we end up with that small change. We have nothing else to give.”

"Human kindess is what is left when when everything else is lost and is the only thing we can give and receive". How absolutely splendid and so very true. Those that give and receive with a pure heart are those that come out ahead of the game and richer than a king with all of his gold. Thank you for sharing. :)
