I just tell people that I'm "unbelievable" - that way I can mean it however I need to - and they can take it however they want to... most assume that means "good" ;p

      *laughs at her friend*

Well, you are "unbelievable" most of the time. :-P

Well, I believe you now when you say you DON'T have an axe resting softly on your shoulder :)

Nah, I left it out in the shed to be sharpened tomorrow. That way it's good and ready for my "stalking trip". :-P

*giggles* ... I think she's used to it, it tends to happen with me. Lol. Though will gladly take this elsewhere. *nictates*

"Always the same question: How are you?, Always the same answer: I'm fine."

Was just thinking about this, and along the same lines as your quote today.

It must be in the air. I felt this way earlier when I friend asked me if I was ok. My response, "I'm fine." Those two little words do not begin to explain how I really feel. LOL It's nice when you have someone that can read you and their BS detector goes off when you say, "I'm fine."

Yes, it certainly is. I have a few close friends like that and they NEVER let me get away with it. I know as a society we are conditioned to respond that way, but look at society, it's a mess, people are not happy. It's better when people stop, when we stop and take the time to actually talk and listen and share. :-)

I could not agree with you more. No one seems to want to stop, talk, listen, and reply. Everyone wants to run to Dr. Phil for a quick fix. The truth of the matter, if they would just keep their friends close and be honest with them, they would feel so much better. I have two very dear friends that anytime I say, "I'm ok" or "I'm fine"...immediately I am being questioned.

It is unfortunately one of the realities of this "technological" age we have created. All of these things which can were supposed to give us more time have instead ended up doing the exact opposite, and in doing so have created the generation of instanious gratification and me first attitudes. Don't get me wrong, technology can be a wonderful thing, look at how EP can bring us together. It's always important though to remember that people are real, and have feelings and sometimes just need our time, and our ears and our shoulders so they can share.
