I loved watching Rainbow Brite when I was a little girl. I am 35 years old but I know that if Cartoon Network reruns the series, I'll watch it. Years ago, they had an address listed on their web site for people to write to them if they wanted Rainbow Brite to return and if people wanted Jem And The Holograms to return. I don't know if they're still doing that, allowing people to write to them to request those shows. But I am very much hoping for a return of Rainbow Brite. I was so-so into Jem And The Holograms but nowhere near as much as Rainbow Brite.

I loved collecting the dolls and sprites. I also had a casette tape that I broke from listening to the story so much. It came with a book.

If I were a white girl with blonde hair, I'd dress up as Rainbow Brite for Halloween. She's a cutie and she's nice.

The boys and girls each with their own color helped with the life of the story. The villains added to the intrigue enough so for kids. The animals and humans also helped the story along.

Rainbow Brite, Red Butler, Lala Orange, Canary Yellow, Patty O'Green, Buddy Blue, Indigo, Shy Violet all learned lessons in life and helped each other along. Bombo, Champ, Popo, IQ, Twinkle, Romeo, Orin, Hammy, OJ, Spark, Lucky, Twilite and Nite Sprite have got to be the CUTEST furballs EVER in existence in cartoons. Starlite, Sunriser, Puppy Brite, Kitty Brite, On-X, Shimmer and Skydancer are the pets that are in my opinion people in animal form cause they are so personable in ways.

Rainbow Brite - how she was drawn - left quite the impression on me. For I over the years drew some girls with stars on their cheeks. Rainbow Brite has a star on her cheek.

Rainbow Brite lives on in my memory.
