Tanecomo, Missouri

My wife and I were enjoying a week at a cabin on Tanecomo. I was sitting watching the water go by, there had been lots of rain the week before, all the flood gates were open and water was flowing by rapidly. I was strumming my guitar and the two of us wrote a river song. It starts like this, "The river runs deep, the river runs wide, the river runs cold, but it runs on by..." We love sitting and watching the river go by. I must confess I like to catch the trout as I'm sitting, but a nice book or guitar will work.
