Music You Can Feel

I love blues music even though I was raised on jazz. I learned to appreciate blues as a kid when I first heard some BB King and that was all it took. Some people think when you listen to the blues it's always sad, but that definitely isn't true. Being able to feel the music in your soul makes the difference and it doesn't matter who is playing it. There are so many great blues artists who are under appreciated but it never stops them from playing. I remember buying my first Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters and others just to name a few. I definitely love my Jimi Hendrix "Blues" cd, for me that is a great one.

I agree, before I got into blues I use to think it would make you sad. Thats not true I just think it makes you feel. I just think blues music is more real, you feel what they feeel while they are playing and it is from the heart.
