Back At It....

...after a couple of weeks off. I had a bizarre incident that injured my knee, so I took a couple of days off then ran on it thinking it wasn't too bad. It was a little tender on the run but really sore the next couple of days and kneeling was bad. I had to take some more time off and rest it, two weeks later I ran on it again it felt pretty good and did a decent pace, the next day it was sore again but not nearly as bad. Heading back out tomorrow a.m. for a few miles. Hopefully, it will continue to improve.
