Back To Running

It's autumn and time to start working on speed and distance. Over the weekend, I managed to run/walk a total of 8 miles using fartlek training. It's not much but gotta start somewhere. Running 10 miles every other day doesn't happen over night. One thing for sure is that I feel more energized, a little sore, and excited about my next run.
