I enjoy running. My line of work entails maintaining a certain baseline level of fitness and running is an important element of this. While I don't consider myself a "runner" - my times aren't Olympic standard but I'm also no slouch, I do find running to be very therapeutic. Sure there are days when I just don't want to go for a run but I always find that once I'm over the initial negativity and find my stride the endorphins kick in and I start feeling good about it. I also find that if I haven't run or done a solid work out for a few days I start to feel irritable and sleep does not come easy.

What "line of work" are you in?

not being able to sleep is terrible...just thinking of that gets me out the door pretty quick

I agree with about the need to run and getting over the hump when I feel Im not in the mood. True for so many!
