Raw Fish

I am seriously addicted to sashimi. I love raw TUNA the most. I cannot get enough of it. I also love raw salmon (not raw smoked), and any other type of raw fish I will eat too. I didn't discover this "addiction" of mine until just a couple of years ago.

My mouth is watering just at the thought of dipping a piece of raw fish into soy sauce with wasabi and stuffing it in my mouth. I also like carpaccio and tartare.

Strangely enough I don't eat "meat" and haven't done since I was 10 years old (now 40).

Sometimes I think I'm trying to make up for all those years I didn't eat 'meat'. Raw tuna is the closest thing to looking like actual meat and I think subconsciously that might have something to do with it.

Yes I have had lobster sashimi once. They put the heads also on the platter, things were still moving on the heads (feelers?), it was freaky and we asked the waiter to take the heads away.
