    Over time, hormone levels change and the physical desire for sex will decline.

    The desire for intimate contact should not wane, so long as that part of the brain is continually exercised.

      Maybe it's a gift but to me it feels like an instinctive emotion. A need that has to be fulfilled. Appreciation or satisfaction, it just feels good.
