Flowers Of Perception

CHANGING THE WHOLE PERCEPTION OF LIFE ...SPRING EQUINOX ...OUT WITH THE OLD AND IN WITH THE NEW

A Chakra
is like a spiral of energy, each one relating to the others. Chakra (pronounced sha-kra) is the Sanskrit word for ' wheel '.

If you can imagine the main chakras / energy centres as a set of cogs/wheels, they are rather like the workings of a clock or an engine; each cog /wheel needs to move smoothly and at a similar speed for the clock / engine to work properly.

QUARTZ

Quartz is the most common mineral on the planet. While the most common, it certainly is not something to overlook when it comes to healing and collecting.

It is one of the most varied minerals that we know. Quartz comes in many colors and is often described by the color it contains: ie: Rose Quartz is pink, Amethyst is Purple and Green Quartz comes from one of several minerals.

Quartz can contain inner crystals ( Manifestation Quartz ) or water (Enhydro Quartz). Quartz is very useful in healing as it transmits energy very well and this is why it is used in electronics.

Quartz also has memory and used in computer chips for this purpose.

KUNDALINI QUARTZ

Kundalini Quartz is natural citrine from the Congo. It is said to activate the Kundalini energy upwards in a snake like or DNA Helix like pattern.

Working from the base chakra it rises to the chakra above the crown.

It opens and then helps one to move forward from any previously blocked chakras.

Thus good health and well being is achieved by a balance of all these energies (or the smooth running of the cogs/wheels).

The seven chakras are said by some to reflect how the unified consciousness of man (the immortal human being or the soul), is divided to manage different aspects of earthly life (body/instinct/vital energy/deeper emotions/communication/having an overview of life/contact to God).

The chakras are placed at differing levels of spiritual subtletly, with Sahasrara at the top being concerned with pure consciousness, and Muladhara at the bottom being concerned with matter, which is seen simply as crudified consciousness.

Prana or Chi

This is the Life force.

This unseen energy exists everywhere in the universe in great quantities. Prana enters the body through the top of our head (this is the reason there is a hole in the skull of unborn embryos). The major Prana flow runs through the center of our body looking like a tube. From there it flows into the main centers known as Chakras.
